Terms of service

These terms are a working draft. The final terms will be published before Camelus launches paid plans.

The service

Camelus collects, organizes and ranks feedback about your products. You can use it on the Free plan while it's in early access. Features and limits may change during this period. We'll tell you before a change removes something you use.

Your content

The feedback you send to Camelus stays yours. We process it only to provide the service to you. You're responsible for having the right to send it, including any personal data of the people who wrote it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Camelus to send spam, to store data you aren't allowed to process, or to try to access other workspaces. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

During early access, Camelus is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service.
