Who is Camelus for?
Indie hackers and solo founders with several small products, small SaaS teams and agencies. If feedback reaches you through email, a widget and payment cancellations, and you read it once and forget it, Camelus is for you.
Does the widget use cookies?
No. The widget sets no cookies, stores no identifiers in localStorage and does no fingerprinting. It doesn't load Google Analytics or any other tracker on your site.
Can I send feedback to my coding agent?
Yes. Every outbound integration is a signed webhook, and Vicunia, the agent in the same suite, is a ready-made preset. Send a theme with one click; when Vicunia reports the change is live, Camelus marks the theme shipped and drafts the email to requesters.
How are themes ranked?
By code, not by AI: the number of people asking, how recent their messages are, and how much those people pay you when Polar is connected. Each theme shows why it has its score.
What happens to personal data?
The original message is visible only to members of your workspace. AI summaries are written without names, emails or order numbers, and a second automatic pass removes anything that slips through. Only those summaries leave Camelus, unless you allow more for a specific destination.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Nothing is lost. Feedback past the monthly limit is still stored and shown in the Inbox, and it's processed as soon as you upgrade or the month resets.
Which languages does Camelus understand?
Feedback in any language the AI model reads is translated to English and grouped with the same request in other languages. The widget's interface ships in English, French, German, Spanish and Slovenian.
How is Camelus different from a voting board like Canny or Featurebase?
Voting boards collect the requests people take the time to post publicly. Camelus reads feedback where it already arrives (your widget, your support inbox, cancellation reasons) and ranks it by who asked and how much they pay. There's no public board: the people who asked hear back by email instead.
Do I need Polar?
No. Everything works without it. With Polar connected, Camelus also knows who pays you and how much, so paying customers weigh more and each theme shows the revenue it touches.
Which AI model reads my feedback?
An OpenAI model, through its API with storage turned off, so requests aren't kept or used for training. Model names are configuration, not code, and the AI never computes counts, revenue or scores.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Workspace owners can export everything as JSON lines, and delete a workspace (and their account) from Settings. You can also delete any requester's data on request.
How long is feedback kept?
Six months of full history on Free, 24 months on paid plans. Older items keep their summary and classification, so counts stay right, but lose the original text and personal details.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Billing → Manage billing. You keep the plan until the end of the period, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Is there a public roadmap or changelog for my users?
Not yet. Today Camelus closes the loop by emailing the people who asked when something is planned, shipped or declined.
