# Camelus

> Camelus is a user feedback analyst for indie founders, small SaaS teams and agencies with several products. It collects feedback from an in-app widget, a support inbox, a webhook/REST API, payment cancellation reasons and CSV imports, uses AI to translate, summarize (without personal data) and group similar requests into themes, ranks themes with deterministic code by how many people ask, how recently and how much they pay, sends a short daily briefing, pushes themes to any app through signed webhooks (Vicunia, Linear and GitHub via n8n or Zapier, Slack, Discord, custom endpoints), and emails everyone who asked when a change ships.
