Zapier integration: connect feedback themes to any app

Connect Camelus to the apps Zapier supports. A Zap catches theme events from Camelus and passes them on; a second Zap reports back when the work is done.

What it does

  • Camelus posts signed JSON to a Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Raw Hook trigger: when you send a theme by hand, and (on Pro) automatically on the events you pick.
  • Use the theme's title, summary, counts and quotes in any action: create a task, a ticket, a row, a message.
  • A second Zap posts shipped to the theme's callback URL when the task is completed. Camelus marks the theme shipped and drafts the email to requesters.

Set it up

  1. Create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Raw Hook and copy its URL.
  2. In Camelus, Settings → Destinations → Add destination, preset Zapier, paste the URL, and click Test.
  3. Add a Code by Zapier step to check the signature, then your action.
