Discord integration: feedback themes in your server

Post theme events to a Discord channel: new and rising themes, urgent feedback and the daily digest.

What it posts

  • New themes and rising themes, with the product, the number of people asking and a link.
  • PII-free summaries of urgent feedback.
  • The digest, with the same facts as the email.

Mentions in summaries never ping anyone. Automatic events are on Pro; on Free, send a theme by hand with Send to….

Set it up

  1. In Discord, open Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks, create one and copy its URL.
  2. In Camelus, Settings → Destinations → Add destination, preset Discord, paste the URL.
  3. Pick the events and products, and click Test.
